The following criteria must be met to qualify your order for rush service:
- Please contact our Sales Service Department to establish the rush lead time you need.
- Purchase order must be marked with XPRESS PRODUCTION and an Sale Service Representative’s name.
- Purchase and art order must be received by 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time for that day to count.
- Art file must clearly reference corresponding purchase order.
- Order must be complete including quantity, item color and imprint color.
- 1 color imprint only.
- Artwork must be complete and in a format for use without adjustment.
Sizing to fit templates is allowed. - Available on all catalog quantities only.
- Product and paper proofs will add additional production time.
- Heat transfer items and school kits will not be eligible for XPRESS PRODUCTION.
- Shipping address must be complete. A maximum of 3 drop ship addresses is allowed.
- Third party billing information must be complete and error-free in order to qualify for rush handling.
- Special packaging and labeling requirements are not available with this service.
- XPRESS PRODUCTION service is available on domestic shipments only.
- Credit must be established and current. Credit cards are accepted.
- First time customers must contact Sales Service to expedite account set up.
