1) How do I send you artwork and where do I send it?
The optimal way to submit art is via the website. If that is not convenient, e-mails can be sent to: art@evans-mfg.com The web is recommended because it gives our distributors an instant automated response informing them the art has been received.

2) What art files do we support?
We prefer vector graphic file formats. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PDF, Corel Draw, and EPS files are highly recommended. We also support JPG or TIFF raster images created at 600 dpi or higher.

3) Do you charge for Paper Proofs?
There is no additional charge for a paper proof. Production time begins 5 days after your final paper proof approval.

4) What is your charge for a Pre-Production Sample?
$40(V) per color for die & set up. One color imprint is included. Please add $.15(V) each per additional color. *For clipboards, please add $.30(V) each per additional color. If you require a pantone color match, please add $40(V) per color match.

5) Do you charge for samples?
There is no charge for samples up to 10 pieces. All samples are sent via mail. If you need them expedited, please forward your UPS or Fed Ex # with your sample order.

6) What are your standard lead times?
For Standard Service your order will ship 5 working days after art approval or 5 working days after your paper proof approval. If you need it faster - just call us. We'll make it happen - without rush charges.
