Acceptance of Orders: All orders are binding upon the company only after acceptance by Evans. All orders are subject to credit approval.
Acknowledgements: We acknowledge receipt of your Purchase Order promptly. A sales order confirmation will follow with specific information within 24 hours. Please read these acknowledgements very carefully, as it is a copy of the Factory Production Order, and the only information by which your order will be processed.
Assorted Product Colors: Assorted product colors available, (approximately 4-6 colors at factory's discretion), at no additional charge. Assorted colors not available on Flexible Magnets or on custom products. Drink Ware: Up to three assorted Drink Ware product colors available at no additional charge.
Cancellation Policy: Billed for work in progress.
Co-Op Programs: Available, please inquire for details.
Fax Orders: Fax orders are acceptable, but Fax transmissions cannot be considered camera-ready artwork. Art charges may apply.
Packaging: See specific item page. Special packaging is available on all items for an additional charge, inquire for details.
Prices: Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
Return Policy: Must have prior factory approval or shipment will be refused. Restocking fees may apply. No return on unimprinted sunglasses past 90 days.
Samples: Random Samples: Available at no charge via regular mail only. Speculative Sample: $65.00.
Less than minimum: $50.00 absolute minimum of 1/2 the smallest catalog quantity. Sunglasses: Absolute minimum of 72 pieces required for all styles of sunglasses. Drink Ware: Absolute minimum is 96 pieces (except for Low Rider Mug 72 pieces).
