Sold in full carton quantities of 36 per color.

SHIPPING

All shipments will be sent prepaid on Evans Manufacturing shipper account, unless otherwise specified. Please state if you wish to use a 3rd party account. A fee of $8 will be billed for 3rd party accounts. Ownership of goods passes to the buyer at F.O.B. shipping point. All goods are shipped at buyers’ risk and all claims must be made with the freight carrier. We do not ensure on-time delivery or safe handling of goods. Responsibility rests exclusively with the freight carriers. No credits will be given for any delayed or damaged shipments for any reason beyond Evans Manufacturing control. We do not accept C.O.D shipments.

LTL DELIVERIES

Freight quotes provided by Evans Manufacturing are good for 7 days and are subject to change as rates fluctuate. Orders requiring inside or residential delivery must be specifically noted on the order. Deliveries beyond the customer´s dock may be subject to an additional charge and will only be done at the customer´s risk. If an inside delivery is requested when the product is being delivered, please be advised you may receive a subsequent invoice for this service in addition to your original invoice. Each pallet in an LTL shipment, will be billed $20(z).

CLAIMS

For freight claims on LTL’s, receiver must inspect all packages upon receipt, state shortages or any other freight issue on the bill of lading before signing. All shipments that are signed release Evans Manufacturing from all responsibility. All other claims not involving freight carrier must be filled within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. For breakage claims, keep the original packaging and broken merchandise until claim is accepted by Evans Manufacturing. Evans is not responsible for shipping delays. Evans is not liable for goods after 30 days in buyer’s possession. Evans is not responsible for imprint color alteration due to a long period of unuse and storage.

CERAMICS

Due to the nature of ceramics, there may be slight imperfections and irregularities which should not be perceived as defective. Variations in materials, firing temperatures and colors may result in variations in glaze and imprint colors. Ounces, sizes, and measurements are approximate and may vary from batch to batch, and within each batch. These variations are within industry standard and therefore should be considered acceptable.
