ORDERING INFORMATION

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:

We will notify you immediately upon receipt of your order. A sales order

confirmation will follow with specific order information within 24 hours of

receipt of the purchase order. Please review these documents carefully.

OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS:

All orders are subject to a 5% overrun or underrun and will be shipped and

billed accordingly. Please note on your purchase order if exact quantity is

required. There is no additional charge for exact quantity requests.

LESS THAN MINIMUM:

$75(V) absolute minimum of 1/2 the smallest catalog quantity, reference catalog

page for details. Please note: No assortments are available for quantities less

than minimum. For Drinkware, catalog minimums will be between 72-100 pieces,

please contact factory for details. Pencils & Erasers: $30(V).

assorted product colors:

Assortments of up to 5 product colors are available on most products at

no additional charge. Please refer to product page for more information.

Please note: Drinkware must be assorted by full box quantities.

cancellation:

Any cost associated with work completed will be billed accordingly.

FREIGHT SAVER:

Items with this symbol are either heavy or subject

to dimensional weight charges from the carrier.

With dimensional weight, the carrier charges for

the size of the box when the weight of the box

does not meet the minimum requirement set by

the carrier. Please keep this in mind when ordering

items when the freight saver logo is present.

return policy:

Evans assures that our products are of good quality and that measures are

taken to eliminate defects in material and workmanship. Please contact

factory within 60 days of receipt of the product if there are problems with

your order. Due to the custom nature of our products, factory authorization

is required prior to the return of merchandise. Unimprinted merchandise is

subject to a restocking fee.

CUSTOM PRODUCT COLORS:

Are available for most of our product line. $150(V) matching charge for

initial order only. Additional run charge of $.04(V). Additional lead time is

dependent on the product and quantity requested. A pre-production sample

will be supplied for your approval prior to production. For manufactured parts,

a 5,000 minimum requirement is typical. For polysure bottles 10,000 piece

minimum required. For custom pen colors and more custom color information,

please contact factory.

INK COLOR CHANGE:

Minimum catalog quantity per change. If minimum is not met, a $50(V) per

ink change will apply.

Proofs:

$45(V) for dome and clear wrap and $70(V) for Embroidered

for expedited freight. A complimentary printed sample will be provided on any

order with a quantity of 10,000 or more, or orders for custom items, excludes

Vibrant Color. Vibrant full color, add $245(V).
